“I was the bunso for 25 years, and you’re about to make me a middle child. So, I’m not gonna lie, it’s been really hard.” This is the confession of Paulina Sotto, during an interview with Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP) last March 7.
According to the 26-year-old daughter of Vic Sotto with former actress Angela Luz, she had a major adjustment period when Baby Talitha Maria, daughter of Vic and his current wife Pauleen Luna, was finally added as a member of their family.
However, she admitted that when their youngest sister was born, she easily got attached to her.
Paulina shared that in the past few years, she wasn’t really close to her other siblings. She recalled that they would only see each other every April 28, during their father’s birthday.
But things changed when his father had a new found relationship with Pauleen. According to her, their father made extra effort to bring them together in order for them to get to know Pauleen, which paved way for them to bond and spend time together.
Moreover, she shared that she quickly fell in love with her younger sister.
“Tali, oh, Tali! Every time we have the chance, we go and see her. She’s so cute and fat! We love her! I love her very much.” she said.
Baby Tali was baptized last December 10 at St. James the Great Parish in Alabang, the exact same church where her parents tied the knot.
Present during the special occasion were Pauleen’s family and Vic’s children – Danica, Oyo Boy, Viko, and Paulina.
Baby Tali is now four-months-old and according to her parents, she is a very calm and a happy child.
