Oracion, who was charged with reckless imprudence resulting in physical injuries and damage to property, was released on Friday, March 9, after posting bail.

According to the actor, his driver sped away because the latter panicked as it was his first time to get into an accident. Ejay also offered his sincerest apologies to Reyes, and their respective camps are now working towards an amicable settlement.
