They say that there is no religion that can provide salvation for everyone. However, different religious groups in the world have different views about this. Others are saying that their doctrines are the most credible but for many Christians and religious sects that believe in One True God, it is only through faith that we can gain the everlasting life that is being promised by the diety from the Bible.
Last year, a netizen who happened to be a member of the Church of Christ (Iglesia ni Cristo or INC) recounted his encounter with a jeepney driver who asked him a random question about his religion. On his Facebook post, Jojo Nono narrated their conversation.
According to the netizen, he just came from church after attending their regular worship service when he happened to ride a jeepney where the driver curiously asked him about his faith and beliefs as a member of the INC.

Based on his narrative, the clueless jeepney driver asked him about why other INC members still indulge in gambling, substance abuse, and other sinful acts that are supposed to be prohibited in their religion. Instead of getting offended, the netizen took the opportunity to explain to the driver a common misconception about their religion. According to him, not everyone who is part of the INC will be saved instead, only those who abide by the laws of God will experience the eternal life that is promised in the bible.
The said post gained various reactions from netizens. After a year since it was posted, it has gained more than 15,000 positive reactions, 6,628 shares, and more than 1,400 comments.

Editor’s Note: A simple google search of excerpts from the netizen’s post revealed that his post is very similar to an article on iglesianicristoreadme.blogspot.com apparently published on October 1, 2014. The netizen’s post is approximately a 78 percent match to the iglesianicristoreadme.blogspot.com article content as provided by the free copyscape compare tool. It seems that certain phrases and connecting words were either slightly changed or omitted. Unless Netizen Nono and the author of the iglesianicristoreadme.blogspot.com article are one in the same, it is highly unlikely that the text would be so similar without plagiarism being considered.
