Former internet sensation Christian Albert Gaza, also known as Xian Gaza, is still currently hiding from the law after the Branch 26 and Branch 120 of Malabon Metropolitan Trial Court issued two arrest warrants against him after violating the Batas Pambansa (BP) 22, better known as the Anti-Bouncing Checks Law.
Victims involved in the investment scam, Jaime Asuncion and Melinda Cruz, went to Lingkod Kapamilya of DZMM, a radio news program hosted by veteran broadcast journalists Julius Babao and Bernadette Sembrano, and voiced out their complaints regarding Gaza.
According to Cruz, she has known the family of Gaza for 8 years. This is the reason why Cruz easily gave her trust to Gaza, who asked her to lend him 2 million worth of funds for his coffee shop. To settle this business transaction between them, Cruz acted as the lender and Gaza promised to pay her a 20,000 monthly interest until the whole debt was is fully paid.
However, Gaza disappeared after paying the monthly interest for 5 months. As a result, his family even talked to her to fix the issue and even gave her a house and lot in Bacoor, Cavite.
Furthermore, Asuncion also narrated how Gaza deceived her into his fraudulent activity. Here’s what she said:
